Candidates should possess:

  • Strong research and drafting skills
  • Good command over English and Hindi
  • Knowledge of MS Office and legal databases
  • Willingness to learn litigation practice

  • Conducting legal research
  • Drafting pleadings, applications, notices, and agreements
  • Court visits and case management
  • Attending client conferences
  • Case law analysis
  • Assisting in litigation strategy
